Can I purchase products directly from your website?

As of January 2022, we are no longer selling our products directly to consumers.

Are your products Kosher?

Some of our products are certified Kosher-D by Kosher LA.

Can I buy chocolate at your facility?

We no longer operate a retail storefront and therefore our facility is not open to the public. We no longer host a holiday sale of bulk chocolate.  Sign up for email promotions to stay updated on the latest.

Do you have any gluten free items?

All of our confections are produced in a facility where ingredients containing gluten are processed. However, many of our candies do not have wheat as a direct ingredient. Please double check ingredient listings. We do not recommend our products if you have severe allergies to tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, eggs, and dairy.

What about my severe nut allergy?

We are pretty "nutty" here at Jo's and not afraid to admit it! Our facility processes nuts including tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and dairy. We do have candies that do not have nuts as a direct ingredient. Please double check ingredient listings. We do not recommend our products if you have severe allergies as our facility processes allergens including peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, eggs, and dairy.

Do you have any sugar free items?

Unfortunately, we do not offer sugar free items at this time.

What's the best way to store my chocolate?

We'd like to think our candies are so good you won't want to wait around too long to eat them all! If you do need to store them, do NOT put them in the refrigerator, or else the chocolate may bloom when you take it out. Chocolate is best stored between 50-60 degrees fahrenheit and we think our products taste best when enjoyed within a month of purchase.

What's your most popular product?

Year after year, we sell more chocolate covered grahams than anything else. But people always seem to disagree about what our best product is--the Jo's Family is evenly split between Team Graham, Team Salted Caramel, Team Toffee. And our Peppermint Bark is pretty popular too!

Do you offer tours?

Unfortunately, we aren't permitted to offer tours to the public.

Will you donate to my school/church/charity?

We love supporting our community with donations of product when possible. Jo's supports multiple community organizations and local schools.  To request a donation, please contact us and include the name of your group, the quantity and/or type of donation requested, dates needed, and any 501(c)3 eligibility. Requests must be made at least four weeks prior to the event. Donations must be arranged to be picked up from our warehouse in Torrance, CA. Donations requiring shipping must be paid for by the recipient. Jo's will contact you if we are able to support your donation request. Please note that we do not offer monetary donations at this time.

I'm interested in a custom private label program. Whom do I get in touch with?

We are an experienced private label partner.  Typically, private label programs require at least 30,000 LB of volume and customarily exceed 100,000 LB per year.  If this matches your needs, please contact us and we'll get in touch with you soon!
